By creating an account or placing an order on Luck CAlters you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Magic: The Gathering and related names are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. Luck CAlters is an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro. Official card names are used only to identify the underlying cards that custom art refers to.
We sell custom altered arts, PDF sheets intended for personal printing, paper and 3D accessories, and commissioned artwork. PDF sheets are licensed to the purchasing account for personal use and remain downloadable from that account’s order history. They are not a license to commercially redistribute the underlying artist files.
Anyone may register as a Client. Artists must submit an application and be approved. Admin accounts can only be created or promoted by an existing Admin. You must provide accurate information, including CPF if your country is Brazil.
If you apply as an artist, upload artwork, send portfolio links, or participate in art-request chats, you keep ownership of your copyright where the law allows, but you grant Luck CAlters a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-bearing license to use, host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify (including watermarks, cropping, resizing, and adding Magic-style layout treatments you request or we configure), publicly display, distribute, and otherwise exploit that content in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the platform and fulfilling orders.
Without limiting the above, you grant us the right to:
You represent and warrant that you created the work or have all rights, permissions, and releases needed to grant this license, that your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, and that it complies with applicable law in the United States, Canada, Brazil, and any other country where we operate or ship.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including waivers allowed under U.S. law and consent required under Brazilian Lei 9.610/98 and similar statutes), you agree that technical and aesthetic changes made for previews, printing, PDF generation, or site presentation do not violate your moral rights and that you will not assert those rights against us or our customers for uses authorized here.
Unless exclusivity was paid for a specific commissioned piece as described below, approved work may remain available in our catalog after approval. You will indemnify and hold harmless Luck CAlters, its operators, affiliates, fulfillment partners, and customers against claims arising from your content or breach of these representations.
We may review, reject, hide, or remove any submission or artist page at any time for quality, legal, or compliance reasons. Repeated infringement or misrepresentation may result in account termination.
If you believe content on Luck CAlters infringes your copyright, email vitor.xfn@gmail.com with identification of the work, the material you believe is infringing, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your signature (physical or electronic). We may remove or disable access to disputed material and notify the uploader. Where U.S. law applies, repeat infringers may have accounts terminated. Similar notice-and-takedown procedures may be applied for rights holders in Brazil and other jurisdictions.
Exclusivity applies only if that extra is paid on an art request. If it is not paid, approved work may later be offered for sale on the site. Paid exclusivity means we will not list that specific commissioned piece for others.
Prices and shipping shown to you are based on your account country and delivery address at checkout. All amounts are presented in US dollars unless we state otherwise at checkout. Shipping for a cart is currently the highest shipping amount among the items (this method may change). Payment is collected by Stripe. Artist payouts, if any, are handled separately by Luck CAlters and are not guaranteed on any schedule. Production, shipping, customs, and third-party printer delays can occur. We are not liable for lost profits, event misses, or indirect damages arising from delay, payment timing, or unavailability.
Preview images on the website include a baked-in watermark. You may not scrape, reverse, or redistribute original artist files from the site. Purchased PDFs are the intended unwatermarked delivery for PDF products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luck CAlters and its operators are not liable for IP disputes between artists and third parties, for delayed or failed artist payouts, for shipping carriers, or for incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection or copyright rules in your country require otherwise. Courts in Brazil shall have primary jurisdiction for disputes we do not resolve informally.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated 2 September 2026.
