When artists upload images or send portfolio material, we store and process those files on our servers to review submissions, display watermarked previews, fulfill physical and PDF orders, and operate the marketplace. By uploading, you acknowledge that this processing is necessary to provide the service and is governed by our Terms of Use, which describe the license you grant to Luck CAlters and how purchasers may use delivered files.
We may share artwork and order details with printing, shipping, and payment partners only as needed to complete a transaction. We do not sell artist files to third parties for their independent marketing.
We use this information to run accounts, fulfill orders, generate PDFs you purchased, communicate about approvals and shipping, prevent abuse, and improve the site. We send transactional email (password reset, order and art-review notices). We do not sell your personal information.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to data they process as a payment provider.
We keep account, order, and purchased PDF files while your account exists and as needed for tax, dispute, and fulfillment records. Artist uploads and previews may be retained while a listing is active and for a reasonable period afterward where required by law, ongoing orders, or our Terms. You may ask us to delete or export your personal data by emailing us, subject to legal retention duties and licenses already granted for completed sales.
Depending on where you live (including Brazil’s LGPD, U.S. state privacy laws, and similar laws in Canada and Latin America), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data. Contact us at the email above. Deletion requests may be limited where we must keep records of completed orders or defend legal claims.
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated 2 September 2026.
